职位描述:
1. Guided by company principles and department business needs, assist Vice President to settle daily and urgent issues in Logistics Operation (Home office and regional DC ,FDC)and coordinate with different departments, then Vice President will have more time to focus on business operations and decision;
在公司准则和部门业务需求的指导下,协助副总裁去处理物流营运部门(含总部和区域的干仓,冷仓)处理日常和紧急的事务和与其它部门协调工作,使得副总裁能关注在业务营运和决策层面上。
2.Ensure company policies execution and smooth communication in department by timely sharing updated policies with department associates;
保证公司政策的沟通和及时地传递,确保政策执行到位和信息畅通。
3.Based on department associates' needs, follow daily Adm. work to assure smooth running of department;
结合部门同事的需求,协助处理行政事务,使得业务营运更加顺畅。
基本任职条件:
Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历
At least 2-year working experience of Admin/Secretary in sizeable international company
二年以上大型跨国企业行政/秘书工作经验。
Excellent MS office skills especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio;
能熟练操作微软Office、 Outlook和Visio等软件;
Strong desire to take initiative and responsibility;
主观能动性强,有强烈责任感;
Strong capability to work under highly pressure with working independent;
能独立应对高压工作环境;
Excellent command of spoken and written English;
优秀的英语口语及写作能力;
Detailed-minded and can keep confidential information, Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in a service-oriented work environment
工作细致并能够做好保密工作,适应以服务为主导的工作环境;
Very good team player with intelligent interpersonal skills;
优秀的团队沟通技巧,善于处理人际关系
Good admin. & organization skill
良好的行政和组织技巧;
Good time management skills and ability to set goals and priorities.
具备良好的时间管理技巧和设定目标的能力,并合理安排工作的轻重缓急。
